We call our establishment an "epicenter" simply because we thrive to be a one-stop shop for our men, women, and children seeking a healthier lifestyle. We seek to bring a wide array of services to our patients to help them meet their health and wellness goals by collaborating with local businesses, chefs, fitness instructors, personal trainers, mental health therapists, dieticians, massage therapists, etc.  

Our primary focus is fat reduction, weight loss, clean eating, personalized level of fitness and movement, and attacking any barriers that may prohibit their success in any of those areas.  Whether that be mental health issues, hormonal issues, medical issues, dietary issues, or simple lifestyle issues. At Harvest Health, we believe "health" is not one-size-fits-all.  Our approach to wellness and optimal health begins with building a relationship and rapport with our patients.  No one knows an individual better than they know themselves.  So, rather than taking the traditional approach to health care, we listen to our

 patients, we meet them where they are, we value what is important to them and THEN we develop their individualized plan of care.  A plan of care that focuses largely upon natural, organic, holistic approaches to total body wellness.
